I've been fortunate to help humanitarian, emergency response and development managers all over the world train their people for close to two decades.
Whether you're part of a new capacity building initiative, or an established unit looking to re-engage your network or roster after many years, I'm always amazed at just how powerful group-based training scenarios can be. Bringing staff together to work through operational issues they might encounter isn't just great learning, it's also fantastic teambuilding.
